Cancellation policy  - no exceptions  NOTE: We do not want your deposit, we do however want your business. Deposits protect the motel against permanent loss of potential revenue due to cancellations and protect the guests that they do in fact have the room they requested when they arrive.

	Dec 21 – Apr 16; Holidays and Special Events cancellation 30 days or more before arrival date full deposit refund - less $15 service fee   cancellation less than 30 days before arrival date full deposit refund if motel is 100% occupied at your reserved rate or better for entire cancelled period, less $15 service fee refund only for those reserved weeks that start more than 30 days from cancellation date, less additional $15 service fee
	Apr 17 - Dec 20 cancellation 2 days (14 days on one bedroom units or larger) or more before arrival date full deposit refund - less $15 service fee   cancellation less than 2 days (14 days on one bedroom units or larger) before arrival date full deposit refund if motel is able to re-rent your for entire cancelled period, less $15 service fee refund only for those reserved weeks that start more than 2 days (14 days on one bedroom units or larger) from cancellation date, less additional $15 service fee
	Changes to reservations upon arrival, which result in shorter stays, constitute a cancellation of original reservation, therefore the deposit is forfeited at that time and the balance due will be the full amount of the new stay
	HURRICANES - hurricanes are always a potential vacation wrecker in paradise. Although we can not control the weather we can help you mitigate the hurricane risk. Mandatory Evacuation issued by Pinellas County Emergency Services Full deposit refund less $15 service fee or we will issue travel voucher for future travel Voluntary Evacuation issued by Pinellas County Emergency Services We will issue travel voucher for future travel if decide to cancel - $15 service fee

No refunds for early departures

Holiday Isles Resort is not responsible for weather conditions, or area events during any guest’s stay

4 PM check-out special with 2 day or more stay studios and larger rooms only (i.e. motel rooms do not apply) blackout dates apply (holiday periods and winter) does not apply to Friday and Saturday check-out not including holiday periods or the day before the holiday period depends on previous room booking and availability (i.e. if your room is previously reserved before your reservation is made. We can not allow a 4 PM checkout as we guarantee 4 PM check-in.

Late 2 PM room check-out fee $15.00

Florida state sales & hotel tax of 12%

Pet Rules:

	Pet must be kept on leash at all times while outside of room
	Pet waste must be removed immediately and properly discarded
	Excessive barking and noise is not allowed
	Pets not allowed inside pool fence
	Breeds not allowed:  doberman pinscher, pit bull, rottweiler, german shephard, chow

Guests of guests

	must register with office
	no overnight stays without additional fee - past 12AM
	$5.00/day for pool/parking/facility use based on availability
